根据我们的经验，癌症患者只要不生气、能吃、能睡、能拉，则无论检查
出来有多严重的肿瘤或癌细胞，都有机会痊愈。所谓的能睡是指在正常的时间
睡，也就是在夜间十点以前能入睡，而且可以持续数小时以上。

从血气的观点来看，只要不是活到年岁已接近生命极限的人，如果不生气、
能吃、能睡、能拉，再做点经络治疗，使人体能正常的吸收营养，则明天的血
气必定比今天高，今天能活过来，明天就一定不会死。只要血气能够持续的一
天比一天高，就一天一天的远离死亡，最终必定有痊愈的一天。这就像佛家所

真的不要把癌症当成是一种惩罚。

我患癌后，我的念头从来没有这个字眼，因为我认为这是我自己过去的生活习惯造成的。我觉得癌症通常会和脾气坏的人挂钩。患癌后，经过和部分癌友的接触，我 发觉我们最大的通病就是：脾气大。。真的，大都是之前容易动怒的一族。甭说遗传性的癌友，其他除了是饮食习惯造成的之外，很大的杀伤力就是来自于坏脾气。 每个人都有各自的压力，脾气大的人会随意把它运用在情绪上，就如我。我老公就不会通过发脾气来发泄，他很看得开，凡事一笑置之，他会通过思考，静下心来安 抚情绪。我发现大多数的臭脾气者不会也不能。所以，癌症才会找上门。。

普通的奶粉最好不要，身边很多人这么说。。。（怕有过量雌激素）

ansure / prosure 专门研制给癌友的奶粉就可以喝，帮助补充所需要的营养。。
我的医生朋友也是推荐这个奶粉。。。

prosure 的价钱比ansure贵，如果经济不允许，那么就两种奶粉交替喝吧。。
记得开关后要在两个星期内喝完，每次 9 汤匙 + 水喝 （如果我没有记错的话）。。。

菌菇类如金针菇等会让癌细胞更活跃吗？

菇菌类如金针菇，杏鲍菇可以吃吗？我昨天吃了蛮多，今早发觉右腹股近大腿处的肿瘤更大了。。今早搅了马草+优草喝，没多久（约 半个多小时）就上大号，把部分昨天吃的番茄皮与杏鲍菇都拉出来（不好意思，让您们恶心了），都不懂马草的营养被吸收了没有呢？

我以为菇类有抗癌成分就吃多些，怎么知道刚刚查到一些似是而非的资料，说菌菇类有可能会补到癌细胞呢！是真的吗？

         据网络的资料，菌菇类如金针菇是能抗癌的，只是在购买菌菇类如金针菇等时，须先了解是在哪儿生产的，如果是中国的话，就得特别小心。还有它的生产过程有问题吗？这点其实我也不是很清楚。           因为原本在巴刹售卖着的各种蔬菜都含有很好的植物营养素和抗氧化剂，均能抗癌灭癌。           但现今的蔬菜都大量用农药种植，吃多非但不能抗癌，还有致癌的可能性，这就是我们大家所面对的食物危机。           所以，我们所食用的忧草，绝对是要有机栽种的才行。

Socso

给正在接受治疗或完成疗程的病人，如果你们做工有扣工钱缴socso，可以尝试叫你们的公司帮忙拿form然后填妥交上去claim socso。

我今天才去政府医院给PERKESO的职员 interview，如果成功claim到再来这里告诉大家。

嗯，我已经收到信了。是Pencen Ilat，可以拿一世人的，可以继续做工但是工资不可以超出之前1/3的工资。

那些还没有claim socso的病患，尽快去claim。叫你们的医生帮忙填form。

他们的效率很快，如果成功，你们的钱就会从他们收到form那天开始算。
